Aerial Fitness, Stretch

This aerial fitness class uses suspended hammock apparatus to utilize the concepts of aerial yoga to assist in increasing flexibility and strength throughout the whole body. Class starts with soothing sound bowl meditation, and eases into a wonderful stretching flow experience with some strength training to tone & lengthen the muscles. Some guided inversions will occur. 75-minute class, $20/person

This aerial fitness class uses the suspended hammock apparatus to create different poses and shapes with the body. Practice restoring balance, building strength, and increasing flexibility. Most importantly, have fun in the air while building confidence and inner trust. Hour class, $20/person.
Ballet & Acro
Thursdays, 4:45-5:15pm

A high energy class, students will learn basics of ballet, center work, jumps, and acro dance with a more complex combination. Dance uniform: ballet shoes, black leotard, and black tights. No experience required. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 5-10. $70/6 weeks.
Princess Ballerina
Thursdays, 4:00-4:30pm

During seven weeks of dance, students will learn the basics of ballet and acro dance with a small dance recital at the end of the semester.
Dance uniform: ballet shoes, optional pink leotard, pink tights, skirt, favorite stuffed animal, and tiara. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 3-5. $70/6 weeks.
Belly Dance
Mondays, 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm
Belly Dance is an ancient art form that is beautiful, elegant, mysterious, and playful. Join instructor, Kri "Lalita" Wiant, as she teaches basic belly dance technique and fun, flirty choreography. All bodies are welcome, no prior dance experience is required. $40/ 4-weeks.
Candlelit Yoga for Stress
Saturdays, 7-8:30 pm
In this 90-minute candlelit workshop, reduce stress and tension with yoga and mindfulness practices. Class begins with body scans, breathwork, and intention setting. The yoga sequence that follows will incorporate slow, meditative movements and longer held postures, extended savasana (final rest), and candlelit meditation. Taught by trauma-informed yoga instructor Bonnie Abbott, this event is meant to be an intentional experience of rest and relaxation open to practitioners of all levels. Class is open to adults and teenagers who can be respectful and enjoy a 90-minute yoga experience. $25 online pre-registration. $35 at the door (via cash or check)
CPR and First Aid

Get certified to administer CPR and First Aid, valid for two years. Learn skills to respond with appropriate life-saving action to care for victims of medical emergencies and injuries. $45/person.
Embody Yoga Series

This series with Michelle Grimes encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, and flexibility, as well as proper breathing techniques to improve overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement, and breath awareness, will be included in every class! $140/new students, $115/returning students.
Fun with Paint
Sundays, 1:00 – 3:00 pm
Have Fun With Paint! All materials and instruction provided. $25/ person/class. Located at 2 S Cleveland Ave.

Gentle Yoga for Beginners

This accessible yoga class is great for beginners! Gentle, slower movements between yoga poses with an emphasis on connecting breath with movement. Ideal for calming the mind and relaxing the body. Led by Instructor Bonnie Abbott. $45/5 classes, 50/6 classes. $10 drop-in.
Gymnastics for Kids

Gymnastics is a fun and exciting way for children to develop coordination, strength, and flexibility, while also improving focus and discipline. Coach Paula has been coaching a variety of ages and ability levels for 14 years, including 57 State, 8 Regional and 1 National Champions, and she loves sharing her passion for gymnastics with young athletes. The goal of this class is for students to learn basic skills and progressions on vault, bars, beam and floor, while having fun and improving fitness. Ages 3-11.
Beginners: $18/class, $68/ 4-week series.
Intermediate: $26/class, $102/ 4-wk series.
Preteam: $272/4-wk series.

Double Dutch has been around for many years dating back to the 1970s! Originating in NYC this fun and exciting neighborhood game turned into not only a competitive sport but one to pass down in the family. All are welcome on the Double Dutch jump rope and speed rope journey to pass down this fun, inclusive neighborhood activity to the next generation. $30/2 weeks. $60/4 weeks. $90/ 6 weeks. 20% off enrollment for 2 or more sessions at a time. 10% multiple family members (per household) enrollment. Custom crew gift included for each participant at the end of each session.
Zumba Basic in the Fit Room

Zumba is a form of fitness class in which you burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes, often Latin-American inspired such as salsa, merengue and samba, but also other types of modern music like hip hop. It's a total workout, combining all elements of fitness-- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy-- and a serious dose of awesome in every class. Drop-in for $10/class, or $50/6-wks.
