Virtual Dance Fitness
Saturdays, 10am-11am
Join us for our dance fitness series and have fun dancing your way to better health. Enjoy easy to follow dance and fitness moves choreographed to upbeat music from around the world. This class puts the FUN in fitness! Led by licensed Zumba instructor Charna Moore. $70/ 10 classes, $55/ 8 classes/ Drop-in $10.
Virtual Yoga to Relax and Renew
6:00-7:00pm
Relax and renew with this break from our hectic lives. Class includes slow movement while connecting to the breath, restorative poses and stretches, and guided meditation. You will leave this class feeling well rested and refreshed! Led by 500 Hour RYT Charna Moore. $65/9 classes, $85/ 12 classes, drop-in $10.
Virtual Strength Training
Thursdays, 6:00-7:00 pm
This full body workout is designed to tone and strengthen all our muscles and is suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Bring your own hand weights to train in the comfort of your own home. You will leave this class feeling strong and ready for anything! Led by ACE certified group fitness instructor Charna Moore. $75/10 wks, $10/class.
Virtual Fitness Sampler
Are you ready to work out but not sure where to start? This sampler package allows you to join 6 classes that YOU select: Choosing from Yoga on Tuesday evenings (April-June) or Monday evenings (July- Sept.), Strength Training on Thursday evenings, and Dance Fitness on Saturday mornings. Mix and Match, or focus on one style- it's all about YOUR choice! $50/ 6 classes.
Fitness Package, Virtual
Join instructor, Charna Moore, for 12 weeks of fitness. This package includes 3 virtual classes a week: Yoga, Strength Training and Dance. $190/ 31 classes.
