Virtual Dance Fitness
Mondays, 6- 7 pm (will return this Fall)

Saturdays, 10-11 am

Join us for our dance fitness series and have fun dancing your way to better health. Enjoy easy to follow dance and fitness moves choreographed to upbeat music from around the world. Led by licensed Zumba instructor Charna Moore. $80/11 weeks, $10/class.

Virtual Yoga to Relax and Renew
Tuesdays, 6–7pm (will return this Fall)

Mondays, 6-7pm

Relax and renew with a rewarding break from your hectic life. Includes slow movement while connecting to the breath, restorative poses and stretches, and guided meditation. Led by 500 Hour RYT Charna Moore. $75/10 sessions, $10/class.

Virtual Strength Training
Thursdays, 6:00-7:00 pm This is a full body workout that is designed to tone and strengthen all muscles. Suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Provide your own hand weights to train in the comfort of your own home. Led by ACE certified group fitness instructor Charna Moore. $80/10 weeks, $10/class.

Join Instructor Charna Moore for 12 weeks of Fitness. This package includes 3 classes a week: Dance Fitness, Yoga, and Strength Training as well as additional aqua yoga classes during the summer pool season. $220/ 36 classes.

Schedule your private yoga session with 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Charna Moore. Meet one-on-one in the Fit Room to explore yoga fundamentals, learn more about which yoga exercises are best for your situation, and take your yoga practice even deeper. This is a customized program and is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Your unique session can include any combination of movement, breath work and meditation, based on your goals and preferences. Belly Dance Technique and Choreography
Mondays, 7:15-8:15 pm 

Belly Dancing is a great way to have fun, meet new people, and discover new muscles! This class will teach dance posture, isolation's, shimmies, and traveling steps all combined into a short choreography. Class is online or in person, with access to a private Facebook where you can review classes. Led by Aleesa Banzhoff. $80/8-weeks. No drop-ins.

Embody Yoga Series
Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30pm

Summer Series- 4 weeks

A journey of self that brings many physical, mental and emotional benefits. Through Yoga postures, mindfulness and breathing techniques, we are able to naturally lower stress and anxiety, find calm and reduce chances of lifestyle diseases. This series encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, flexibility and proper breathing techniques for overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement and breath awareness will be included in every class. Class held in person in the Fit Room, but also available virtually. Led by Michelle Grimes. $115/returning students, $140/new students.
