Once enrolled, you will receive a link to Zoom meeting hosted by the class instructor.  This is how you will access virtual classes.   NEW For Fall 2023:  We have one pre-recorded class for each session that registered students can view at any time, providing a chance to get in extra work-outs, or fit in a class if you miss the livestream.  We plan to add more recordings over time.

Virtual Dance Fitness

Join us for our dance fitness series and have fun dancing your way to better health. Enjoy easy to follow dance and fitness moves choreographed to upbeat music from around the world. This class puts the FUN in fitness! Led by licensed Zumba instructor Charna Moore. $90/12 classes, Drop-In $10.

Virtual Yoga to Relax and Renew

Relax and renew with this break from our hectic lives. Class includes slow movement while connecting to the breath, restorative poses and stretches, and guided meditation. You will leave this class feeling well rested and refreshed! Led by 500 Hour RYT Charna Moore. $90/12 classes, Drop-in $10.

Virtual Strength Training

This full body workout is designed to tone and strengthen all our muscles and is suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Bring your own hand weights to train in the comfort of your own home. You will leave this class feeling strong and ready for anything! Led by ACE certified group fitness instructor Charna Moore. $90/12 wks, $10/class.
