Rent the FIT ROOM

This multi-use indoor space is the perfect FIT FOR HOSTING your next private party! Equipped with large windows that fill the room with natural light, the Fit Room accommodates up to 144 people. There is ample parking and restrooms on site. Tables and chairs provided. $50/hour with 4-hour minimum., +$25/admin fee +$75/cleaning fee.

The room is available for rentals year-round with the exception of holiday weekends. Please submit your completed application to Parks & Recreation for approval by a manager.

Parking is available at the Fit Room entrance, which is through the doorway under the in-laid portico within the top-level facade of the re-purposed grandstand facility building. Enter Fairgrounds Park via North Cannon Avenue at the top level of the building, across from the Stables at the Junior Mason Complex Building.
