Embody Yoga Series 
Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30pm

A journey of self that brings many physical, mental and emotional benefits. Through Yoga postures, mindfulness and breathing techniques, we are able to naturally lower stress and anxiety, find calm and reduce chances of lifestyle diseases. This series encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, flexibility and proper breathing techniques for overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement and breath awareness will be included in every class. Class held in person in the Fit Room, but also available virtually. Led by Michelle Grimes. $115/returning students, $140/new students

Virtual Yoga to Relax and Renew
Tuesdays, 6pm–7pm
- Oct. 5 – Dec. 28 (#7474) Drop-Ins welcome!
- Jan. 4 – Mar. 29 (#7475)
Relax and renew with a rewarding break from your hectic life. Includes slow movement while connecting to the breath, restorative poses and stretches, and guided meditation. Led by 200 Hour RYT Charna Moore. $85/12 sessions, $10/class.
