Engage the brain. Golf is not only a physical activity, but the mind can either help you have a fun, excellent day on the course, or disrupt a peaceful outing with your golf partners. Learn to engage your brain on every swing with the outcome of actually hitting the shots you've envisioned before the swing. This two-hour course will give you the tools to learn how to partner with it instead of going to war with your brain. Bring your scores down, and enjoy the game. $25. *This class will be held virtually if necessary.
