Stretch
Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm & some Sundays, 2:00-3:00pm
This aerial fitness class uses suspended hammock apparatus to utilize the concepts of aerial yoga to assist in increasing flexibility and strength throughout the whole body. Class starts with soothing sound bowl meditation, and eases into a wonderful stretching flow experience with some strength training to tone & lengthen the muscles. Some guided inversions will occur. 1hr, $22/person.
Tricks
1st & 3rd Thursdays, 7:45-8:45pm
This aerial fitness class uses the suspended hammock apparatus to create different poses and shapes with the body. Practice restoring balance, building strength, and increasing flexibility. Most importantly, have fun in the air while building confidence and inner trust. 1hr. $22/person.
Afrobeats for Kids
Saturdays, 1:00pm -2:00 pm
This program seeks to broaden awareness of various forms of African dance forms along with exposing its participants to African traditional movements, modern African dance, and a fusion of contemporary, modern, ballet dance forms. This class is mid to up-tempo in pace, intense but fun filled with the inclusion of the opportunity for participants to improve their motor coordination, sense of rhythm, self-confidence, body awareness and ability to work as a team. Instructed by Kulture Shock Movement. Ages 6-13. $120/8wks, $75/5wks.
Afro-Chic Teen Runway and Confidence
Saturdays, 2:30pm – 3:30pm
This immersive modeling and personal development program for middle and high school students focuses on runway technique, etiquette, public speaking and more. Instructed by Kulture Shock Movement. Ages 10-18. $120/8wks, $75/5wks.
Ballet & Acro
Thursdays, 4:30-5:00pm
A high energy class, students will learn basics of ballet, center work, jumps, and acro dance with a more complex combination. Dance uniform: ballet shoes, black leotard, and black tights. No experience required. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 5-8. $120/ 8 weeks.
Princess Ballerina
Thursdays, 4:00-4:30pm
During ten weeks of dance, students will learn the basics of ballet and acro dance with a small dance recital at the end of the semester. Dance uniform: ballet shoes, optional pink leotard, pink tights, skirt, favorite stuffed animal, and tiara. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 3-5. $120/ 8 weeks.
CPR and First Aid
Monday, 4:00 – 8:00PM
Saturday, 2:00 - 6:00PM
This American Heart Association BLS course trains individuals to respond to life-threatening emergencies. This course covers adult, infant and children CPR, choking, AED use, and opioid related emergency care. Age 12+. Instructed by Chucks Heart 2 Heart CPR and First Aid. $65/person.

Gymnastics is a fun and exciting way for children to develop coordination, strength, and flexibility, while also improving focus and discipline. The goal of this class is for students to learn basic skills and progressions on vault, bars, beam and floor, while having fun and improving fitness. Ages 3-12. Drop-ins Welcome!

Hip Hop
Thursdays, 5:00- 5:30pm
This high-energy class for boys and girls in which students will learn fun hip-hop techniques and combinations. They will learn fundamental Hip-Hop moves including basic body isolation, precision, performance quality, and choreography, and get to dance to popular, age-appropriate music. Please wear sneakers and clothes you can move in. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 4-8. $120/ 8 weeks.

Mansell's Fitness Boxing
Tuesdays, 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Mansell's Fitness Boxing is a 4-week Yoga-to-Boxing Fusion program designed for all ages and fitness levels. Each class begins with a gentle yoga stretch to warm up the body, followed by a low-impact boxing routine that builds strength, coordination, and confidence. With both standing and chair-based options available, this program offers a safe, fun, and progressive way to stay active and energized. $40/4 wks. $15 drop-in. Ages 18+
NEW ACTIVITY
Mat Pilates
Mondays, 6:00pm - 6:45pm
This class is beginner-friendly yet designed to gently challenge your strength, balance, and focus. You will move through intentional, low-impact exercises that build core stability and leave your feeling stronger and more centered. Prefect for all levels - come as you are, leave renewed. $120/6 wks, 2 classes a week. $16 drop-in. Ages 14 with a guardian 18 without.
Mommy and Me Tumbling
Fridays, 9:00am -9:45am
This class focuses on the development of social milestones, peer-to-peer interaction, and motor skills through playful tumbling activities. This program encourages bonding between parents and children while fostering early physical and cognitive growth. Ages 6mo - 3yrs. $55/8wks; drop-in $10.
