Fit Room_ Entrance_small
Aerial Fitness, Stretch
Class dates: 
Fridays, 7-8:15pm, &
Sundays, 1:00-2:15pm
This aerial fitness class uses suspended hammock apparatus to utilize the concepts of aerial yoga to assist in increasing flexibility and strength throughout the whole body. Class starts with soothing sound bowl meditation, and eases into a wonderful stretching flow experience with some strength training to tone & lengthen the muscles. Some guided inversions will occur. 75-minute class, $20/person

Aerial Fitness

Aerial Fitness, Tricks
Class dates:
Saturdays, 11:30am-12:30pm
This aerial fitness class uses the suspended hammock apparatus to create different poses and shapes with the body. Practice restoring balance, building strength, and increasing flexibility. Most importantly, have fun in the air while building confidence and inner trust.  Hour class, $20/person.

A high energy class, students will learn basics of ballet, center work, jumps, and acro dance with a more complex combination. Dance uniform: ballet shoes, black leotard, and black tights. No experience required. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 6-12. $80/8-wks, $65/6-wks.

During seven weeks of dance, students will learn the basics of ballet and acro dance with a small dance recital at the end of the semester. 
Dance uniform: ballet shoes, optional pink leotard, pink tights, skirt, favorite stuffed animal, and tiara. Instructor, Olga Snodgrass. Ages 3-6. $80/8-wks, $65/6-wks.

1-Day Workshop

4-Wk Series

Do you keep kicking up against a wall, but don't know how to proceed from there? Or can’t quite figure out how to hold your freestanding handstand longer than a few seconds? This beginner class series focuses on the fundamentals of hand balancing with an emphasis on safety and technique. Learn the most efficient handstand conditioning drills to get you confident on achieving your handstand! Learn the basics of handstanding with Master Trainer Sonya Hamilton. $30/Workshop, $120/4-wk series.

Belly Dance Holiday Style

Belly Dancing is a great way to have fun, meet new people, and discover new muscles! This class will teach dance posture, isolations, shimmies, and traveling steps all combined into a short choreography.  Belly dance improves flexibility and is gentle on the knees and ankles making it appropriate for individuals of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.

Hybrid class available in person, or virtually. No previous dance experience is necessary! Led by Aleesa Banzhoff Qetesh. Ages 16+ (ages 8+ w/supervising adult). $40/4-wks. $80/8-wks.

CPR and First Aid
Once monthly,1 - 3:30 pm
Get certified to administer CPR and First Aid, valid for two years.  Learn skills to respond with appropriate life-saving action to care for victims of medical emergencies and injuries. $45/person.

Embody Yoga Series
Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:45-6:45pm

This series with Michelle Grimes encompasses Yoga postures to build strength, mobility, and flexibility, as well as proper breathing techniques to improve overall health and well-being. Deep relaxation, mindful movement, and breath awareness, will be included in every class! $140/new students, $115/returning students.

Great for all experience and ability levels, this guided interactive experience will bring you joy through the creative process, and create happy memories as you take your one-of-a-kind creation home with you. Gentle Yoga for Beginners

This accessible yoga class is great for beginners! Gentle, slower movements between yoga poses with an emphasis on connecting breath with movement. Ideal for calming the mind and relaxing the body. Led by Instructor Bonnie Abbott. $45/5 classes, $35/4 classes. $10 drop-in.

Gymnastics is a fun and exciting way for children to develop coordination, strength, and flexibility, while also improving focus and discipline. Coach Paula has been coaching a variety of ages and ability levels for 14 years, including 57 State, 8 Regional and 1 National Champions, and she loves sharing her passion for gymnastics with young athletes. The goal of this class is for students to learn basic skills and progressions on vault, bars, beam and floor, while having fun and improving fitness. Ages 3-11.
Beginners: $18/class, $68/ 4-week series. 
Intermediate: $26/class, $102/ 4-wk series.

Zumba Basic in the Fit Room

Zumba is a form of fitness class in which you burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes, often Latin-American inspired such as salsa, merengue and samba, but also other types of modern music like hip hop. It's a total workout, combining all elements of fitness-- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy-- and a serious dose of awesome in every class. Drop-in for $10/class, or $50/6-wks.

Zumba Toning in the Fit Room

Zumba Toning combines body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work infused with Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training fitness atmosphere. Students learn how to use lightweight toning sticks/weights (2-5 lbs) to enhance rhythm and tone all all their target zones, including arms, abs, thighs, and buttocks. Drop-in for $5/class, or $30/6-wks.

Many classes are now offered virtually & outdoors!

 Click the 4-digit activity number to enroll for virtual programs (by 3 pm the day the class starts), and you will be sent an invitation by email with a link to join the digital meeting, from the safety and comfort of your own home. If you enroll for a virtual program later than 3 pm, you will find meeting invitation links in your receipt notes, emailed to you automatically when enrollment is complete.
