Review Plans & Reports

In order to develop sustainable programming that benefits the community at large, the Department of Housing & Economic Development relies on citizen participation and input. Citizens are given the opportunity to review the Action Plan and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) prior to their submission to HUD as well as other amendments or notices related to community projects.  Any comments that are received will be then incorporated into the reporting.

Citizens are encouraged to comment or provide feedback on any document created for the CDBG program during open public comment periods.  Please note that comments are accepted at any point during the program year, but comments outside the specific comment period may not be incorporated into any documents until the following program year.
