Parking Decks/Garage

The City of Hagerstown operates three parking garages and five public parking lots.
All parking decks are outfitted with bright, efficient LED lighting, CCTV cameras, and an automated entry and exit system.

The University District Parking Deck is a 440-space parking garage adjacent to City Hall and conveniently located within walking distance of many popular destinations in the Downtown Hagerstown shopping district as well as City Hall, The One-Stop Job Service Center, Social Services, The Western MD Consortium, The University System of MD Hagerstown and The Maryland Theatre. The Garage has four covered floors and an open roof for your parking convenience. Clearance for vehicles is 7'. Head-in parking only.
25 N. Potomac Street

The Arts & Entertainment District Parking Deck is a 185-space parking garage in the heart of the Hagerstown Arts & Entertainment District. The clearance on the first level is 7'. As you turn the corner the clearance is 6' 10" on the other levels. Head-in parking only. It has convenient access to the The Maryland Theatre and many restaurants and shops in Downtown Hagerstown. The deck is best reached of E. Washington, turning right onto Renaissance Way.
25 Renaissance Way

The Hub City Garage has 5 floors with 398 parking spaces in the heart of the Hagerstown Arts & Entertainment District. It is conveniently located along the Hagerstown Cultural Trail and is within a short walking distance of The Maryland Theatre,  the Meritus Park baseball stadium (Home of the Flying Boxcars) and many downtown restaurants, shops, parks and event venues. 

There are 2 stairwells and 1 elevator for convenient access to each floor.  Pedestrian access is on the east side at the bottom of each stairwell of the building along the Cultural Trail.  There are also 2 pay stations for convenient payment for parking.

Parking Lots

All parking lots and on-street metered parking in the City now accept payment via the PayByPhone App.  

The Central Parking Lot is a 16-space parking lot with no permit parking allowed.  There are 8 free spaces dedicated for the customer service center, with one ADA space.  The other 8 spots only accept digital payment via the PayByPhone App.
32 N. Potomac St.

The Central Lot and Elizabeth Hager Center Lot is a 300+ space parking lot in the heart of the downtown. The lots can be accessed from Franklin, Washington, Potomac or Locust streets. Each space has a parking meter, and there is a mixed amount of short and long-term parking available. This lot is available for permit parking. This lot accepts digital payments via the PayByPhone App.
14 N. Potomac St

The Antietam Street Lot is a 20-space lot that serves the District Court House. No parking permits are issued or allowed in this lot and there is 4 hour time limit.  This lot only accepts digital payment via the PayByPhone App payments.
18 W. Antietam St

The Rochester Lot is a 98-space lot located on the corner of Washington and Prospect Streets. This lot has convenient access to Hagerstown’s Women’s Club, The Police Station, and The Wash. County Admin. Bldg. and other Government Offices. This lot is available for permit parking.  This lot only accepts digital payment via the PayByPhone App.
31 S. Prospect St

The Bryan Centre Lot is a 6-space lot located on Franklin Street directly across from the Post Office. This lot is not available for permit parking and serves as short-term off-street parking. This lot accepts digital payment via the  PayByPhone App.
45 W. Franklin St

The Church Street Parking Lot is a 100+ space lot located on Church Street between Jonathan and Potomac Streets.
This lot is by permit only Monday through Friday but is free to the public on Saturday and Sunday.
