Please complete this application and bring it with you to the Customer Service Center at 32 N. Potomac St. to purchase a monthly parking permit.

Monthly Parking Permit

Monthly parking permits may be purchased for the City’s three parking garages. A permit is valid for only the garage specified, and a separate pass must be purchased for each garage. All permits must be purchased at the Customer Service Center located at 32 N. Potomac St.

Please note: Parking Deck permits must be scanned to enter and exit the parking deck. If you use the permit just to enter, it will be out of sync, and the next time you try to enter, the card will not allow access.

City Center Lot Monthly Permit

A City Center Lot monthly permit may be purchased for $56.00, and this will allow you to park in either the Central Lot or Rochester Lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.

For your convenience, a small map is included on the reverse of your pass. You may pay for an entire year or a single month or be set up to be billed monthly for a specified amount of time. All permits must be purchased at the Customer Service Center at 32 N. Potomac St.

Please note:  Hang Tags for the lots can be hung on your vehicle mirror or displayed with the expiration date by laying the hang tag on your dashboard.
