The Board of Zoning Appeals meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.In response to the Mayor's declaration of a Civil Emergency and Phase Two re-opening, the Board of Zoning Appeals has resumed meetings in-person in the Council Chamber with masks and social distancing required.
The Zoom participation and YouTube viewing options are still available. If Zoom participation is desired, meeting participants will be provided with a specific meeting ID and password prior to the meeting. This meeting ID and password is required in order to join the meeting as a participant. All participants desiring to speak at the public hearing must complete the form below by no later than 2:00pm on the day of the hearing. After the form is submitted, a City Planning staff member will contact you about how to participate in the hearing.
All meetings will be streamed live PCAD Hagerstown's YouTube Channel with a link provided on our Facebook page. All members of the public are welcome to view meetings through these platforms, but may only participate in public hearings through Zoom once form is completed in the above link.
