Requirements

Street Closure / Detour Permits are issued to close parking lanes, sidewalks or travel lanes (non-excavation or street opening). They are required to ensure the safety of traffic and pedestrians and to minimize impact on the public.

Application Submission

All permit applications are taken between the hours of 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday in the Code Administration Office on the third floor of City Hall.

Street closure permit applications may be submitted online, mailed, faxed, in person BY APPOINTMENT ONLY or placed in the City Hall drop box along with the appropriate fee.

Traffic Safety
