Building Permit Application Submission Form

  1. The permit application must be attached. This form is not the application.
  2. PDF or jpeg of the permit application. Include all pages of the application.
  3. PDF or jpeg drawings of the project. A digital seal must be on any professionally drafted plans.

  6. Two paper copies of the construction drawings are needed for review to be stamped and returned to the application.  The construction drawings are to be scaled plans 1/4" to one foot on minimum 24"x36" paper.  The approved  paper copies are to be kept on the job site during construction.

  7. By attaching the required documents and clicking submit you have submitted an application for a building permit. Two paper copies of the construction drawings for the project must still be submitted to our office by mail. This is not the issued building permit. Our department will contact the applicant once the original copies have been received in the mail, the plans have been reviewed, and the permit has been issued.
  8. Fee payment information will be sent in a separate email.
  9. Finally, by clicking submit you acknowledge you have read the Important Requirements at the link provided and understand the inspection process after the building permit has been issued.
