Building Permit Application Submission Form

  1. The permit application must be attached. This form is not the application.
  2. PDF or jpeg of the permit application. Include all pages of the application.
  3. PDF or jpeg drawings of the project. A digital seal must be on any professionally drafted plans.
  4. Paper copies are needed for review to be stamped and returned to the application.  The approved  paper copies are to be kept on the job site during construction.

  5. By attaching the required documents and clicking submit you have submitted an application for a building permit. A paper copy of the drawings for the project must still be submitted to our office by mail. This is not the issued building permit. Our department will contact the applicant once the original copies have been received in the mail, the plans have been reviewed, and the permit has been issued.
  6. Fee payment information will be sent in a separate email.
  7. Please only click submit once. The larger the files sizes, the longer processing time for the online submission.
