How to get registered for the 13th Annual Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Parade

$10 online registration stays open until Noon on Friday, October 24.  The first 50 dogs registered get a doggie goodie bag with lots of cool stuff for your pup!!  Visit our registration link here.

$15 on-site registration opens onsite at 10am on Saturday, October 25, in front of the Fairgrounds Park Dog Park!  Credit card preferred. We will also accept exact cash only (can't make change) or checks made out to 'City of Hagerstown'.

In true Hagerstown spirit, the last Saturday of October is "Mummer's Day," a day for dressing in costume or disguise. Join us for the Annual Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Parade. Pet-friendly treats and vendors, 6 prize categories, and fun activities. Early registration, $10. On-site, $15

Enroll online by Friday, Oct. 24 at noon ($10). Or enroll on-site Saturday morning ($15) check or credit card preferred.
