Located at 50 W. Washington St In downtown Hagerstown, University Plaza is an urban pocket park with amenities that include a small stage, electricity, lawns, paved areas, benches, tree s, a fountain, public art, and restrooms. It is fenced with access from both Washington Street and Wareham Alley. The University Plaza does not have a pavilion or picnic tables. 

Use of this park must conform to the City’s Park Rules & Regulations.
