Choice Neighborhoods

The Hagerstown Housing Authority (HHA), in partnership with the City of Hagerstown, is a recipient of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant! 

The Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) is a program run by HUD that focuses on creating vibrant, bright, thriving, and connected neighborhoods. The boundary for choice neighborhoods, including HHA sites Frederick Manor, Parkside Homes, and Douglass Court, and the city’s downtown can be seen here:
