Middle Neighborhoods Emergency Repair Grant Program

The Middle Neighborhoods Emergency Repair Grant Program provides funding for 75% of the cost of an emergency repair, up to a maximum grant of $15,000. An “emergency repair” is defined as a situation that prevents a homeowner from living in safe, decent, and sanitary conditions.  Homeowners contribute the remaining 25% of the project cost, as well as any amount that exceeds the $15,000 grant limit.  Income limits apply—please contact our office for more information about the program and eligibility.
