Yard Waste
Everyone is encouraged to use the seasonal curbside yard waste collection program. The program is perfect when cleaning up your yard. It’s easy to use and convenient. Generally, yard waste collection runs from the first full week in March through the last Friday before Christmas; the exact start and stop dates for yard waste collection are listed on the calendars on the Collection Schedules and Zones page, along with information on which night you should set out your yard waste.

* If you are using a reusable container (instead of a paper bag) for your yard waste, the City can supply to you (free of charge) up to four (4) self-adhesive labels (see below) that will help the collection contractor to identify your yard waste. Labels should not be affixed to paper bags or other disposable containers. To request labels, please click here , type "Yard Waste Sticker" in the Subject line, and provide your name, address, telephone number, and the number of labels that you want; the labels will be mailed or delivered to you.
