With over a decade of service to the City of Hagerstown, Emily joined the economic development staff team in June 2023 to assist with programs, marketing, communications, and project support.

She started with the City in April 2013 at the Parks & Recreation department as a tour guide at the Jonathan Hager House Museum, then Recreation Assistant in 2015, assisting in program development, event coordination, recreation facilities operations, marketing, and customer service.

Emily earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Towson University, with tracks in Strategic Public Relations and Advertising.
