SCOPE OF WORK:    This project entails maintenance of erosion sediment control; installation of stage structure; excavation & backfill; hauling and stockpiling of materials; saw cutting bituminous concrete; placement of HMA bituminous concrete; the installation of concrete curb; topsoil and turf establishment and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by MSB Architects. and the City of Hagerstown, Maryland.
