Factors affecting job offers include, but are not limited to, how well each candidate performs in the process and the availability of open positions.
You must wait at least 30 days between tests and applicants can only take the written test twice in one year. If you have taken the written test twice in the last year, you are not eligible to re-test until after the year is completed.
Depending on the number of applicants, the entire selection process, from the written test and physical qualification test to a final offer of employment, can be completed in less than 2 months, but may take up to 6 months.
