Flying Fitness (Level Two)

This is for those who have participated in at least three classes of Flying Fitness Level One and are ready to expand on the basics. Fitness inspired by an art form, colorful hammocks and a fun exploration of movement that harnesses the forces of gravity to your favor. Decompress, unwind, and relieve stress with this intro class series to help you live a life that is lighter.

 Ages 18 +

AntiGravity ® is a creative technique based on a movement art form
that is meant to inspire fitness. The process should be rewarding, not only based on the
physical results, but also on the satisfaction of creative accomplishment. Christopher
Harrison's AntiGravity ® Fundamentals offers the benefits of decompression from inverting
the body, along with building strength, conditioning, advancing agility and coordination, as well as deep stretching and massage of muscles, tissue and the body's spirit!

This class is great for beginners! No previous yoga practice experience is necessary. *Please wear smooth long pants and a shirt with some kind of sleeve (short is fine) to your first class*

This class is led by Lauren Alford - Certified AntiGravity Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer.

Registration is required, as only 10 spots max available per class.
