The City of Hagerstown Light Department is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced human resources consulting firms to provide professional services in conducting a thorough compensation and classification review and analysis to develop and implement a financially responsible and competitive independent salary table.

Bid documents received on time will be opened electronically. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on January 12, 2023 at which time they will become the property of the City and will be subject to the Maryland Public Information Act. An electronic bid tabulation will be posted to the public documents section within the corresponding solicitation.
