The City of Hagerstown is seeking ideas and suggestions from members of the community pertaining to the Imagine Hagerstown Street Festival scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2020. A survey asking about art experiences, music genres, and workshops is currently up on the City’s website. In addition to being able to provide input regarding components of the event itself, respondents are also able to express any interest they might have in serving on the festival’s volunteer planning committee. The survey link is: https://www.hagerstownmd.org/1424/Imagine-Hagerstown-Festival.
“We hope to hear from a wide variety of people about what kinds of arts and entertainment experiences would draw them downtown,” Community Events Coordinator Kitty Clark said. “We know we’ll be offering great music, but we’re also interested in finding out what people are excited about seeing and hearing in downtown Hagerstown.”
As Imagine Hagerstown embarks on its second season, the schedule for 2020 includes a Fourth Friday Music Series on May 22, June 26, July 24, and August 28, along with the Saturday Street Festival in September.
