2020 HUB CITY 100 MILER - 1 MILE A Day FOR 100 DAYS
ENVISION A HEALTHIER YOU IN THE NEW YEAR!
THE GOAL: January 10 - April 18
Walk/run 1 mile a day for 100 days. Aerobic activities such as yoga, biking, or fitness classes count as "miles." Throughout the 100 days, weekly emails offer motivational tips, recipes, and ideas to reach your daily miles. Plus, be invited to join a private Facebook page to share your experience with other 100 Milers!
Join us for the 100 Miler Kick-Off on Friday, January 10, 4-7 pm!
Get healthy and moving in the New Year - pledge to walk one mile a day for 100 days! Attend our kick-off event at the Fit Room in Fairgrounds Park. Register on-site (or ahead of time) and visit with health and fitness vendors to learn healthy habits for 2020! Dress warm to walk your first official mile with other 100 Milers around Fairgrounds Park.

Prize drawings will take place in the Fit Room
