E.A.P. Program
The City's Employee Assistance Program provides free and confidential assessment services, short-term counseling to employees and dependents who are experiencing emotional, physical, or financial problems that may be affecting their personal well-being, or job performance. The EAP also offers a myriad of information and services. Work/home balance, financial resources, purchasing resources, and wellness resources are just a few of the services offered. GuidanceResources® Online is available 24 hours a day to provide expert support.

Direct Deposit of Pay
With today's technology, the distribution of pay through direct deposit is safer and more convenient for employees, as well as cost-effective for employers. Therefore, the City has a mandatory direct-deposit of payroll policy for new employees. After the first year of employment, the employee may choose to continue direct deposit. Direct deposit forms are available in the Human Resources Department.
