The AntiGravity Fitness inspired class with zero inversions! A 45-minute class with hammock supported movements offers gentle mobility of the spine, releases tension throughout the body, and an extended floating meditation. Flying Fitness for Kids
Kids can build skills in the hammock: strength, confidence, presence of mind, coordination, and find a connection and joy within their own bodies, while experiencing the sensation of flight. Led by Certified AntiGravity (R) Fitness Instructors, Katlyn Richardson, assisted by Lauren Alford. $18/class.
