The AntiGravity Fitness inspired class with zero inversions! A 45-minute class with hammock supported movements offers gentle mobility of the spine, releases tension throughout the body, and an extended floating meditation. Great for beginners & recovery from intense exercise. Class minimum: 3 enrolled. Class Maximum: 11 hammocks available. $11/class. Bundle: $50/ 5 classes, $90/ 10 classes. For bundling rates, call:

Fitness inspired by an art form, colorful hammocks and fun exploration of movement that harnesses the forces of gravity in your favor. Decompress, unwind, and relieve stress with this intro class series. Ages 18+. Led by Lauren Alford. Registration required.

Flying Fitness Level Two 
Fly Fitness Level Two is for those who have participated in at least three classes of Fly Fitness Level One and are ready to expand on the basics. Ages 18 +.

Suspend in an aerial hammock allowing your body to rest comfortably, you'll be led on an inner journey to include meditation and breath-based relaxation techniques. A well-deserved break from the grind, this class will leave you revived and energized. Instructor: Lauren Alford.
