Flying Fitness

A full-body workout (students choose the intensity), massage and meditation rolled into one! You'll go upside down and get the spinal lengthening benefit of inversions, learn self-massage techniques to use at home, and enjoy a relaxing floating meditation before heading back into the real world. Floating Fitness
A full body workout (students choose the intensity), massage and meditation rolled into one. Learn self-massage techniques, use the hammock for gentle support and get your feet off the floor to float or swing. There is zero inversion (no upside down) in this class. Safe for pregnancy, high/low blood-pressure. Class finishes with restorative poses and a floating meditation. Ages 18+ (ages 14-17 okay with guardian supervision). Instructor, Lauren Alford. 60 minutes, $15/class.
