Flying Fitness Level Zero 
The AntiGravity Fitness inspired class with zero inversions! A 45-minute class with hammock supported movements offers gentle mobility of the spine, releases tension throughout the body, and an extended floating meditation. Great for beginners & recovery from intense exercise. Class minimum: 3 enrolled. Class Maximum: 10 hammocks available. $10/drop-in.

Fitness inspired by an art form, colorful hammocks and fun exploration of movement that harnesses the forces of gravity in your favor. Decompress, unwind, and relieve stress with this intro class series. Ages 18+. Led by Lauren Alford. Registration required. Minimum: 3 enrollments needed.
Maximum: 10 spots per class.
