AntiGravity Fitness FUNdamentals
Great for beginners! If you are new to AntiGravity Fitness, or are trying it for the first time, this is the class you want to start with. AntiGravity Fitness is a creative technique based on a movement art form that inspires fitness. This class offers the benefits of decompression from inverting the body, along with building strength, conditioning, advancing agility and coordination, and deep stretching and massaging the muscles, tissue, and creating lift in the body and spirit! 
$52/ 4-week series, or $15/ drop-in/class.

 For students who have participated in at least three FUNdamentals classes or have instructor permission, and want to advance to the next level, building on skills already learned. 
$52/ 4-weeks series, or $15/ drop-in/ class. 
AntiGravity Fitness
AntiGravity Cocooning 
Basic stretching and mobility sequences before going into the Cocoon for relaxing, restorative, guided floating meditation. This rejuvenating practice encourages restful sleep, improves daily alertness, introduces psychological benefits and embraces the luxury of rest. No inversions and minimal motion compared to other AntiGravity classes. No experience needed. Open to all fitness levels. $44/ 4-weeks. $12 drop-in.

AntiGravity Fitness Suspension
Elevate your workout, burn calories and raise your mood. Suspension Fitness is the new frontier! Uses the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock to gain leverage and move freely in all dimensions of open space. Classes are designed to be safe, challenging and entertaining. Participants learn to flip in their first class! Prerequisite: at least three completed AntiGravity Fitness FUNdamentals classes. $52/ 4-weeks. $15/ drop-in.
