Water and Sewer Department
The Hagerstown Water & Sewer Department provides to customers a safe and reliable water supply for both Domestic and Firefighting purposes at the lowest possible cost. The Water and Sewer Department also works to protect Public Health and the Environment through the proper collection and treatment of waste water and safe disposal of residuals.
The Water and Sewer Department strives to provide prompt, courteous and accurate responses to customer service requests, as well as, timely review and response to development proposals from customers-to-be.
