Schedule of Parking Fines
Below is a list of fines for parking violations and the late payment fees as defined by
City Code Chapter 60.VEHICLES and TRAFFIC Article VI. Penalties:

Each day of violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense.
The penalties provided for in this provision shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any other penalties provided for and all towing and/or storage charges as provided for in Article IV, § 60-28, and Article IVA, § 60-41, and as is provided in the Annotated Code of Maryland.
Contest a Parking Ticket
If you wish to contest a parking ticket, you have 5 days from the due date to request a trial to go before a judge in District Court. You may request a trial at either the Police Station on Burhans Blvd. or the Parking Office of the Arts & Entertainment District Parking Deck at 25 Renaissance Way. You have to fill out a form that is then sent to the court and you will be put on the docket for a trial.
