Responsibilities
The Accounting Department is responsible for continuous improvement and maintenance of the city’s financial system. The functions of the Accounting Department include providing overall financial administration to the city, investment management through providing maximum utilization of the city’s funds according to the investment policy, preparation of the financial reports, and performing all payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
