FY 2011-2012 Annual Action Plan (Draft)

The City of Hagerstown, Maryland, has prepared a FY 2011-12 Action Plan in order to strategically implement federal programs which fund housing, community development, and economic development activities within the City. The City has also developed a five year Consolidated Plan for FY 2010-FY 2015 to encompass the needs of the City related to both housing and non-housing activities using the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
