The Hagerstown Police Department is located at 50 N. Burhans Blvd (US Route 11) between West Franklin Street (US Route 40 Westbound) and West Washington Street (US Route 40 Eastbound).

From Baltimore/Washington - Interstate 70

Take I-70 West to Hagerstown. Take exit for US 40 West (Dual Highway).

As you proceed along the Dual Highway, will pass several hotels. The Sheraton 4 Points, Comfort Inn and Hampton Inn are located near the exit. The Ramada Inn, Days Inn, Quality, Super 8 and Venice/Best Western are within about 3 miles of the department.

To reach the department from hotels on the "Dual Highway", proceed westbound on Route 40 (Route 40 becomes Franklin Street.) A few blocks after you pass City Hall (at Potomac Street), you will see a railroad overpass. Immediately after you pass under the bridge, make a left turn into the HPD parking lot. Proceed to the visitor's parking lot at the other end of the building.

From Harrisburg, PA - Interstate 81

Take I-81 South to Hagerstown. Take exit for Hagerstown, US 40 East (Dual Highway).

The Department is located about 1 mile from the interstate exit. After passing through the intersection of Burhans Blvd and Washington Street, make an immediate left into the visitor's parking lot. The main entrance is located at this end of the building.

Hotels: Continue eastbound on Washington Street. After Franklin Street and Washington Street merge together, you will see several hotels along the "Dual Highway". The Venice / Best Western, Quality, Super 8, Ramada Inn and Days Inn are within about 3 miles of the department. The Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, and Sheraton 4 Points are just a short distance beyond.

When returning to the department from hotels on the "Dual Highway", proceed westbound on Route 40 (Franklin Street.) A few blocks after you pass City Hall (at Potomac Street), you will see a railroad overpass. Immediately after you pass under the bridge, take a left into the HPD parking lot.
