Site
Plans
A site plan is required for all development
except single and two-family one lot homes. If the project involves a disturbed
area of greater than 2,500 square feet, a full site plan is required. This
will require that a registered engineer or surveyor prepare a site plan
in compliance with the site plan checklist established by the Planning Office.
For a project involving less than 2,500 square feet, a Staff-Approved Site
Plan is generally all that is needed. This can be approved without Planning
Commission approval.
