Beginning Tuesday, January 2, 2006, the Department of Parks & Recreation will be accepting reservations for use of pavilions in the City’s parks on a first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve a pavilion, the fee is $50.00 for City residents and $70.00 for non-City residents.

Reservations may be made in person at 351 N. Cleveland Ave., Hagerstown. Telephone reservations are accepted but are held for five days only. When making your reservation, the following information will be requested:

• Date Desired
• Pavilion (if a softball field is needed, there is an additional fee of $15.00)
• Number in Party
• Name and Daytime Telephone Number

The fee to reserve the City Park Bandshell is $10.00 per use for non-profit organizations and $50.00 per use for all other users.

The park season runs May through September.
