Our door is open to all, our services are free and our downtown Hagerstown location is easily accessible with plenty of nearby parking.

  • "You Can Be a Homeowner" free workshops are the best place to begin your quest of owning a home. The entire buying process is explained through a video presentation and qualified volunteers. Helpful worksheets and materials will be invaluable as you get started.

The Hagerstown Home Store is operated under the direction of Hagerstown Neighborhood Development Partnership, Inc., a non-profit organization serving Washington County which also provides the following:
