Skate Park Opens - Wednesday, May 7th

Fees
• $5 per participant on Weekends
• $3 per participant on Weeknights
• Helmet, Knee Pads, and Elbow Pads required – are available for Rent - $1 per hour.

Skate Park Hours

* All participants are required to sign a release form. A guardian or parent must sign the form, if the skater is under 18.

Skate Park Rules & Regulations

• All skaters must sign a release form. If under age 18, the release form must include a notarized parent or guardian’s signature.
• All skaters must provide their own skateboard and equipment.
• Safety equipment - helmet, knee pads & elbow pads - must be worn at all times!
• Only one (1) skater is permitted on the ramp at a time.
• Only three (3) skaters are permitted on the platform at a time.
• No food or beverages are allowed on the skating platform.
• Extreme recklessness will not be tolerated.
• No destroying or defacing public property.
• Skateboards are allowed in authorized areas only.
• Bicycles, BMX’s, etc. are prohibited from the skating facility.
• All other park rules & regulations must be followed.
• The City of Hagerstown or SASPA does not assume responsibility for injuries.

SKATING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Infractions of the above rules may result in loss of all skating privileges.

Birthday Parties

The Skate Park is available for birthday parties throughout the season.

Fee: $40 for the first hour, $10 for each additional hour, includes safety equipment.

All participants must fill out a Hold Harmless Agreement and signed by their parent/guardian if under 18 years old.
