The Department of Community Affairs informs citizens and visitors about the Hagerstown City Government and its programs in a timely fashion using various forms of communication. This is accomplished through news releases, information brochures, City publications, the Internet, cable television Channel 6 and outside advertising. Marketing of all City facilities is coordinated through the Department of Community Affairs. Various City events and the City Farmers Market are operated through the Department of Community Affairs, City Hall, second floor.
