Enhancement
The Community Enhancement Program improves
the quality of life for all those who live, work and visit in the City of
Hagerstown. A Code Compliance Inspector is assigned to each of six zones
in the City. Your inspector conducts a proactive inspection of your neighborhood
to ensure compliance with the City Code. Your inspector actively invites
the citizens and business owners in your neighborhood to join in our efforts
to identify property maintenance issues specific to your neighborhood and
to establish programs to assist in solving these issues. Please contact
your inspector if you have questions or suggestions regarding your neighborhood.
