Tai Chi For Balance and Movement

Mondays 10 a.m. & 6 p.m.; Wednesdays 9 a.m. & 5 p.m.; Saturdays 10 a.m.

Spring Session: May 10 - June 15
Summer Session: July 6 - August 9

This program aims to improve balance and movement by introducing principles and postures of Tai Chi. Relieve tension and reconnect with your body through this low-impact flow exercise hour. 

Classes held outdoors in various parks. Meet once a week for 6 weeks/$35; or take two, one-hour classes weekly/$45.
