The City of Hagerstown is sponsoring a new award
program, "Highlight Hagerstown," encouraging residents and business
owners to improve their properties. Individuals may nominate themselves
or another person. Properties will be selected based on landscaping,
painting, facade improvement, and overall appeal, and winners will
be listed quarterly in the newspapers.
